Proceedings at General Meetings.

18. At all General Meetings of the Association the President, or in his absence the Vice-President, shall take the chair. If the President and Vice- President be absent, a Member of the Committee shall be elected for the purpose. Every Member present shall be entitled to one vote upon each motion before the Meeting and each motion shall be decided by a show of hands, and in case of equality of votes the Chairman shall have a second or casting

vote.
